MUSIC ON THE CLIFFS SUCCESS

Floral Forest, in association with Autism Guernsey, hosted a fantastic afternoon on the cliffs.  Families, couples and individuals of all ages attended this well-organised event and were entertained by Chris Taylor, GU10 and the Vraic Gatherers.  The attendees were encouraged to bring along their picnics and Floral Forest sold some very tasty cakes.  Special appearances were made by Lady Corder, Pudsey Bear and Peter Rabbit.  The aim of the event was to raise money for both Floral Forest & Autism Guernsey, and also to celebrate Autism Guernsey’s great news that BBC Children in Need have granted another three years’ funding for the two part-time Family Support Workers who provide support to children and young people under the age of 18 years with autism.
