After counting the 6295 votes that were cast in Guernsey the winner of the Lloyds Community Fund in Guernsey was announced this week and with 36.9% of votes Autism Guernsey was awarded the top prize of £3,000. A massive THANK YOU to all of you who voted for us during the voting period in October.
The money will be used towards our Befriending Scheme, a very successful scheme that we run in partnership with Guernsey Mencap providing social opportunities for people with autism or learning disabilities utilising trained volunteers.
