Autism Awareness
Session 2
This 3-hour training session is designed to equip leaders, managers, and HR professionals with a clear understanding of the challenges autistic staff could face in the workplace and how to offer and make reasonable adjustments. It is delivered by a trainer with lived experience and a clinician.
The session is suitable for leaders and managers who have attended our Autism Awareness Session 1, and we can accomodate up to 15 attendees. It provides a deeper dive into autism and practical strategies for creating an inclusive work environment.
